Where to find us

Auckland International Airport

After exiting customs through the sliding doors, turn left and follow the signs. Our driver will be waiting with a “Supervan Shuttle” sign opposite the Spark / One NZ mobile stores. Please contact your driver as soon as you walk through the doors.

Auckland Domestic Airport

For domestic arrivals, a driver will meet you in arrivals holding your name. Our vehicle parks outside the Jetstar terminal (outside Gate 7 or 9). If you cannot find your driver, call Customer Service on 0800 777 826 or ask the Airport Information Centre for directions.
